Terms of Service - Super Sprucy

Property

Super Sprucy is a vacation rental property located in Spruce Pine, NC. All bookings are made through Airbnb or VRBO and are subject to those platforms' terms of service, cancellation policies, and house rules.

House Rules

Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
Dogs welcome (up to 6, $50 per pet per stay). Cats by request.
No smoking inside the property
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
No parties or events without prior approval

Booking & Cancellation

All bookings, payments, and cancellations are handled through Airbnb or VRBO. Please refer to the respective platform's policies for details on cancellation terms, refunds, and payment processing.

Liability

Guests use all amenities (hot tub, pool, game room, etc.) at their own risk. The property owner is not responsible for injuries resulting from the use of amenities or the property. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Damage claims are handled through the booking platform's resolution center.
